There are transferred to and vested in the commissioner and the Department for Public Health all functions, powers and duties, funds, personnel, equipment, and supplies relating to septic tank servicing under the provisions of KRS § 211.972 to KRS § 211.982, which said provisions of law have been conferred upon the Department of Environmental Protection and upon the secretary and other officers and offices of the Department of Environmental Protection.
