(1) Sixty (60) days prior to the regular session of the General Assembly in the year
2002, and sixty (60) days prior to each subsequent regular session of the General Assembly thereafter, the office shall submit a written report to the Legislative Research Commission and provide a detailed briefing. The report shall contain an evaluation of Kentucky Access, an evaluation of issues concerning high-risk individuals, and other information as the office deems necessary.

(2) The Auditor of Public Accounts shall audit Kentucky Access and within sixty (60) days of completion of the audit shall submit a copy of the audit to the Legislative Research Commission, the Office of Health Data and Analytics, and the Department of Insurance.
