(1) Any authorized agency and insurer described in KRS § 304.20-150 or 304.20-160 who receives any information furnished pursuant to KRS § 304.20-160 to KRS § 304.20-
190, shall hold the information in confidence until such time as its release is required pursuant to a criminal or civil proceeding.
(2) Any authorized agency referred to in KRS § 304.20-150, or their personnel, may be required to testify in any litigation in which the insurer at interest is named as a party.
