§ 82. Corporations organized under the business corporation law; election to be governed as worker cooperative. Any corporation organized under the business corporation law may elect to be governed as a worker cooperative under the provisions of this article, by so stating in its certificate of incorporation filed in accordance with Article 4 of the business corporation law or amendments to its certificate of incorporation filed in accordance with Article 8 of the business corporation law.
