§ 97-xxxx. State health innovation plan account. 1. There is hereby established in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the commissioner of the department of health an account of the miscellaneous special revenue fund to be known as the state health innovation plan account.

Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for deposit to the credit of the state health innovation plan account, monies received pursuant to the state innovation model initiative from the centers for medicare and medicaid innovation.
3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature, shall be available to the department of health for services and expenses of the state health innovation plan.
