§ 3016. Contract when teacher is related to trustee or member of board of education. 1. No person who is related to any trustee of a common school district by blood or marriage shall be employed in such district as a teacher, except with the approval of two-thirds of the voters of such district present and voting upon the question at an annual or special meeting of the district.
