* § 1114-c. South Nassau water authority district. 1. There is hereby created a district to be known as the "South Nassau water authority district" which shall be defined as all that portion of Nassau county being serviced by the New York American water service corporation as its Long Island Water operations district as of the effective date of this title, and lying south of the area serviced by the Town of Hempstead Department of Water.
