§ 2328. Houses of prostitution; injunction; penalty for violation. A party found guilty of contempt under the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine of not less than three hundred nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not less than three nor more than six months or by both fine and imprisonment, for the first offense, and for the second and each subsequent offense shall be imprisoned for one year.
