Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code Chapter 88 - Official Bonds of County Officers and Employees

  • Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
