Terms Used In Texas Education Code Chapter 89 > Subchapter B - the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy

    (B) prepares and offers to sell multiple entrees for consumption on or off the premises. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
  • Written: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures. See Texas Government Code 311.005
