Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code Chapter 43 > Subchapter C-4 - Annexation of Areas With Population of Less Than 200 by Petition

  • Uphold: The decision of an appellate court not to reverse a lower court decision.
  • Written: includes any representation of words, letters, symbols, or figures. See Texas Government Code 311.005
