Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code Chapter 135 > Subchapter D - Allocation and Use of Certain Civil Fees
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
