Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code Chapter 572 > Subchapter B - Cooperation by Public and Private Entities
- Municipality: means a general-law municipality, home-rule municipality, or special-law municipality. See Texas Local Government Code 1.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- Sole ownership: The type of property ownership in which one individual holds legal title to the property and has full control of it.
