Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 201.09
- Commission: means the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
- Liquor: means any alcoholic beverage, other than a malt beverage, containing alcohol in excess of five percent by volume, unless otherwise indicated. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
The holder of any permit authorizing the transportation of liquor out of this state may apply to the commission for a refund of the excise tax on liquor on which the state tax has been paid on proper proof that the liquor was sold or disposed of outside of this state.
