Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 201.12
- Liquor: means any alcoholic beverage, other than a malt beverage, containing alcohol in excess of five percent by volume, unless otherwise indicated. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
Necessary funds from the collection of the tax on imported liquor before the revenue from that tax has been allocated may be appropriated for the payment of refunds of tax on imported liquor.
