Terms Used In Texas Education Code 8.012
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The agency shall comply with the comptroller‘s contract management guide developed under § 2262.051, Government Code, in each contract between the agency and a regional education service center established under this chapter.
