- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The board shall promptly notify the agency for purposes of § 22.092 if the board revokes a certificate or permit of a person on a finding that the person engaged in misconduct described by § 21.006(b)(2)(A) or (A-1).
