Terms Used In Texas Estates Code 1105.052
- Person: includes a natural person and a corporation. See Texas Estates Code 22.027
- Signed: includes any symbol executed or adopted by a person with present intention to authenticate a writing. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The oath prescribed by § 1105.051 may be taken before any person authorized to administer oaths under the laws of this state. The declaration prescribed by § 1105.051 must be signed by the declarant.
