From funds appropriated for the Title IV-D agency, the agency shall reimburse the Texas Department of Human Services for any penalty assessed under Title IV-A of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 651 et seq.) that is assessed because of the agency’s administration of this chapter.
