(a) Except as provided by § 154.112, a person commits an offense if the person engages in shorthand reporting in violation of § 154.101. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
(a-1) A person commits an offense if the person provides shorthand reporting firm services in this state in violation of § 154.106. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
