(a) The emergency radio infrastructure account is an account in the general revenue fund.
(b) The account consists of fees deposited in the account as provided by § 133.102(e)(9), Local Government Code.

(c) Money in the account may be used only for grants made under this subchapter.
(d) § 403.095 does not apply to the account.
