Notwithstanding Sections 531.051(c)(1) and (d), a consumer direction model implemented under § 531.051, including the consumer-directed service option, for the delivery of services under the medically dependent children (MDCP) waiver program must allow for the delivery of all services and supports available under that program through consumer direction.
