The commission shall consider and, if the commission determines it appropriate, develop incentives that promote coordination among the various major quality initiatives in accordance with this subchapter, including projects and initiatives approved under the Texas Health Care Transformation and Quality Improvement Program waiver issued under Section 1115 of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1315).
