(a) A state agency shall adopt rules relating to:
(1) the eligibility of the agency’s administrators and employees for training and education supported by the agency; and
(2) the obligations assumed by the administrators and employees on receiving the training and education.
(b) A state agency shall adopt rules requiring that before an administrator or employee of the agency may be reimbursed under § 656.047(b), the executive head of the agency must authorize the tuition reimbursement payment.
