Terms Used In Texas Government Code 1433.003
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter applies to a municipality only if the municipality:
(1) has the power to impose an ad valorem tax of not less than $1.50 on each $100 valuation of taxable property in the municipality; or
(2) is a home-rule municipality.
