In this chapter:
(1) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture.
(1-a) “Department” means the Department of Agriculture.
(2) “Executive commissioner” means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
(3) “Supplemental nutrition assistance program” and “SNAP” mean the program operated pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 2011 et seq.
