(a) The department shall approve each course or training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under § 773.050.
(b) The department shall issue a certificate to each program instructor, examiner, or course coordinator who meets the minimum standards adopted under § 773.050. The certificate is valid for two years. The department shall charge a fee of not more than $10 to replace a lost or stolen certificate.
