Terms Used In Texas Insurance Code 463.255

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

In taking an action under Section 463.252(b)(2) or 463.253 with respect to a policy or contract with a guaranteed minimum interest rate, the association shall ensure the payment or crediting of a rate of interest consistent with Section 463.203(b)(3).
