- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
This subchapter applies to a group policy of accident and health insurance delivered or issued for delivery in this state, including a group policy issued by a group hospital service corporation operating under Chapter 842.
