Each individual automatically enrolled in a uniform program under § 1601.104 is considered to have authorized a deduction from the participant’s monthly compensation in an amount equal to the difference between:
(1) the total cost of the employee’s basic coverage; and
(2) the amount contributed by the system for the employee’s basic coverage.
