Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 61.0825

  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
  • Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005

A lien established under this subchapter is superior to any other lien on the same property, with the exception of a lien for ad valorem taxes.
