Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 504.003

  • Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005

A person may not bring an action for wrongful discharge under both Chapter 451 and Chapter 554, Government Code.
