- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any person is entitled to appropriate injunctive relief to prevent a violation or threatened violation of a prohibition or other regulation adopted under this subchapter from continuing or occurring.
