(a) The department shall design and issue specialty license plates to support victims of sexual assault.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1135, Sec. 140(3), eff. September 1, 2013.

(c) After deduction of the department’s administrative costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates shall be deposited to the credit of the sexual assault program fund established by § 420.008, Government Code.
