Terms Used In Texas Transportation Code 521.296
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A notice of suspension under § 521.292 or revocation under § 521.294 must state:
(1) the reason and statutory grounds for the suspension or revocation;
(2) the effective date of the suspension or revocation;
(3) the right of the person to a hearing;
(4) how to request a hearing; and
(5) the period in which the person must request a hearing.
