- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005

When a person applies for a permit under § 623.011, the person must pay in addition to other fees an administrative fee adopted by board rule in an amount not to exceed the direct and indirect cost to the department of:
(1) issuing a sticker under § 623.011(d);
(2) distributing fees under § 621.353; and
(3) maintaining the list under § 623.013.
