Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 155.106
- Board: means the Texas Medical Board. See Texas Occupations Code 151.002
- License holder: means a person holding a license, permit, or certificate issued under this subtitle. See Texas Occupations Code 151.002
On the request of a license holder, the board shall issue a certificate that endorses the license issued by the board to other states. The board shall charge a fee for the issuance of the certificate.
