- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The medical board shall recognize, prepare, or administer continuing education programs for persons licensed under this chapter. A license holder must participate in the programs to the extent required by the medical board to keep the person‘s license.
