- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - Baby chicks: means all domestic fowl six (6) weeks of age or under. See Tennessee Code 44-16-205
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Department: means department of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 44-16-205
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- Person: includes every person, partnership, firm, company, association, society, public auction, community sale, sale pavilion, syndicate, and corporation. See Tennessee Code 44-16-205
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
