Tennessee Code 4-49-108 – Reports of council

(a) The council shall prepare and submit an annual report to the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives containing the following information:

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 4-49-108

Council: means the sports wagering council. See Tennessee Code 4-49-102
State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105

(1) The number of active licensees;

(2) The aggregate gross and net revenue of all licensees; and

(3) The financial impact on this state and local governments as the result of the sports wagering industry in this state.

(b) The report prepared under subsection (a) must be submitted not later than September 30 of each year. A report submitted under subsection (a) may be submitted electronically.
