Terms Used In Tennessee Code 33-2-411
- Licensee: means a proprietorship, a partnership, an association, a governmental agency, or corporation, that operates a facility or a service and has obtained a license under this part. See Tennessee Code 33-2-402
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
If a licensure surveyor finds a violation of a statute or rule that may be a ground for a civil penalty, the surveyor shall advise the licensee of the finding orally before concluding the survey.
