  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
(2) Any plan described in Section 1251 of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. § 18011) and Section 2301 of the federal Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act.
