Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-26-305

  • Commissioner: means the commissioner of commerce and insurance. See Tennessee Code 56-26-301
  • Major purchasers: means persons who have health insurance coverage and who consist of one hundred (100) employees or more under a group plan of insurance. See Tennessee Code 56-26-301
(2) Information that major purchasers may receive;
(3) Fees that major purchasers may reasonably be charged for data requests;
(4) Conditions under which data may be deemed to be reasonably available;
(5) Information that must be reported and in what format or form; and
(6) Any other matter necessary to implement this part.
