Terms Used In Tennessee Code 63-12-112
- Board: means the board of veterinary medical examiners. See Tennessee Code 63-12-103
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- License: means any permit, approval, registration or certificate issued by the board. See Tennessee Code 63-12-103
- Person: includes a corporation, firm, company or association. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
