No person shall be required to register due to the ownership or possession of the following:
Terms Used In Tennessee Code 68-202-209
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Person: means an individual, trust, firm, joint stock company, corporation (including a government corporation), partnership, association, state, municipality, commission, political subdivision of a state, any interstate body, any governmental agency of this state and any department, agency or instrumentality of the federal government. - Radiation: includes all ionizing electromagnetic waves and corpuscular emissions such as, but not necessarily limited to, gamma rays and X-rays. See Tennessee Code 68-202-202
