- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- kosher: as used in this article shall not be construed to include the words "kosher style. See Arizona Laws 36-941
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Place of business: means grocery store, market, hotel, inn, restaurant, boarding house, eating house, lunch room, cafeteria, caterer or other establishment or place in which meat, meat products, food or food products are sold for human consumption. See Arizona Laws 36-941
