A. A person selling or offering for sale fresh meat intended for use as food for animals without complying with the provisions of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 3-2694
- establishment: means a house or place in which horses, asses, mules, burros, cows, sheep or goats are slaughtered, packed or processed. See Arizona Laws 3-2691
- Fresh meat: means meat of a horse, mule, ass, burro, cow, sheep or goat, and includes any product containing any such meat. See Arizona Laws 3-2691
B. A person or operator of a slaughterhouse or establishment who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
