In addition to the authority under section 6-137, the director may issue an order against the licensee to cease and desist from providing money transmission through an authorized delegate that violated, is violating or is about to violate this title.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 6-1233
- Authorized delegate: means a person that a licensee designates to engage in money transmission on behalf of the licensee. See Arizona Laws 6-1201
- Licensee: means a person licensed under this article. See Arizona Laws 6-1201
