Terms Used In Arizona Laws 21-312

  • Juror: A person who is on the jury.
  • Jury commissioner: means the clerk of the superior court, except that in any county having a population of more than five hundred thousand persons, the presiding judge of the superior court may appoint a jury commissioner. See Arizona Laws 21-101
  • Jury manager: means the person who is responsible for jury management in a justice of the peace court or a municipal court. See Arizona Laws 21-101

B. All records that contain juror biographical information are closed to the public and shall be returned to the jury commissioner, the jury manager or the court when jury selection is completed and may not be further disclosed or disseminated by a party or the party’s attorney.

C. A random jury box seating list is confidential before use.
