Notwithstanding any other law, a displacing agency shall maintain real property that is acquired by the displacing agency in carrying out a program or project and that is not scheduled for immediate rehabilitation or demolition in a manner consistent with protecting and maintaining surrounding property values.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-7155
- Displacing agency: means the department in carrying out a program or project with federal or state financial assistance that causes a person to be a displaced person. See Arizona Laws 28-7141
- Property: includes both real and personal property. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
